You’re not as committed to your booking as you think

As a client of an agency or independent escort, you are essentially a consumer. And as a consumer, you have rights. Not rights that would stand up in a small claims court, or anything like that we’d imagine, but certainly rights that most agencies and independents would (or should) respect.

We’re talking about the good ones of course. There are those out there that have no respect for anyone, including themselves sadly. But then this is the main reason people like yourself come to a London escort agency, right?

Don’t misunderstand us here, there are also agencies that wouldn’t respect your rights as a consider too, we can’t blame all that type of behaviour on independent girls alone. But we’re not the type of agency that gets anything out of “mud slinging”. Mud sticks, and who are we to question another London escort agency?

Your complaints and what you can do

It’s difficult to judge individual cases, so we can really only comment on our own agency and our own experiences. We hear a lot of speculation and rumour in this business, but we don’t like to report it, unless we can verify it.

Girl not who you expected

Pictures can be misleading, it’s a fact in this business and it’s a perennial problem that isn’t going to go away very quickly. Again, this is arguably more of an independent escort problem, but we’re speaking from our own experience here. This does not happen often at all to be honest, but we totally understand the problem. Sadly we have no control over the pictures that girls submit to the agency. Most are fine, and indicative of who you will meet, but sometimes they’re a little “over produced”. It will be the same girl, but sometimes not wholly representative. We do not make a habit of representing girls who don’t look like their pictures at all, believe us. However, we are aware that everyone sees very different things when they look at a picture. What’s important to one client, isn’t to another etc.

Should you ever meet a girl that you are not satisfied with on your initial meeting, you should make this much very clear at the start. As a customer, you are entitled to refuse to go through with your booking (as is the escort you have booked of course). You should leave, or ask her to leave. What you don’t do is go through with your booking when you’re not entirely happy, and then complain about it at the end. You’re not likely to get much sympathy if you go through with it; by completing the booking, you are basically saying that you were happy with the way the girl appeared to you.

If the girl you booked was an outcall escort, you may well be required to pay some money to contribute to her travel expenses. It’s the gentlemanly thing to do isn’t it? Regardless of whether or not you’re happy; let’s not split hairs here!

Problems with the service

There are only a few areas here where you would really be taken seriously, should you choose to complain. When it comes to what your chosen London escorts would agree to do with you, you won’t have a leg to stand on. This is an area we know nothing about and don’t care to know either.

One area where we would be happy to hear about (well, not “happy” of course) would be time-keeping etc. We refer to when an escort turns up late, or when she’s not ready for you on your arrival at the correct time. It does happen (albeit rarely) and it’s something that shouldn’t be tolerated. We are fortunate enough to have London escorts who don’t very often suffer with this problem, but if they do, we want to know about it. There may be a good reason, but if they are doing this often, then it’s something that concerns us as an agency; and we may choose to no longer represent them. Depending on how late your escort actually is, we would be inclined to tell you that you would be well within your rights to ask her to leave. We realise that when you have booked a girl for a particular time, you may well have plans around that booking. Even if she agrees to stay later (which she ideally should) it may not be convenient with you. It may also be inconvenient for her to stay f she has other bookings. It’s really best to call us at the agency and inform us about what’s happening so we can work something out that suits everyone.

When you call about a complaint

When you contact us about a complaint, we would like to request that you do so calmly and also allow the time to investigate the issues you have raised. We may need to speak to the girl in questions to figure out what has happened and why there has been a complaint. We will always speak to the girls and carefully consider what they have to say. At the end of the day, we want out clients to be happy, but we wish to remain as objective as possible when it comes to resolving any issues.
